A new exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic motivated IPS in Mental Health Service manager to lead the development of a new IPS service for mental health in Derbyshire.

The post holder will work with the Lead Occupational Therapist and the CMHT service managers to develop the IPS service in line with the IPS principles and the fidelity scale.

The post holder will manage a team of employment specialists who will be embedded into several CMHT’s across Derbyshire and also work collaboratively with other IPS partners and employment specialists to develop a high quality service for our service users.

The post holder will also have an individual caseload, supervise Employment Specialists, undertake field work mentoring and Employer engagement, ensuring that outcomes are met and the service is adhering to the IPS fidelity scale.

You will have an understanding of the principles of IPS and have experience of working with people with mental health difficulties. You will have excellent communication skills to support service users to access employment and work with employers.

A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010
