An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Receptionist/ Team Administration Support to assist in the delivery of a comprehensive, professional and high quality reception and administrative service at the Dale Bank View Adult Recovery Team. We are a busy, friendly, multidisciplinary team that support people with mental health difficulties within an outpatient setting.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills together with recent demonstrable experience of working in a front of house and office environment. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft computer packages. You will possess RSA I or equivalent in typewriting/word processing, or demonstrable experience, and have a good standard of spelling and grammatical accuracy.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
