Safeguarding Children Trainer
The post holder will work within the Education and Training Team to deliver Safeguarding Children Training across Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust and support the Trust in achieving the mandatory and essential training requirement.
The post holder will also be required to deliver other mandatory / compulsory / CPD training as required.
The postholder will be a registered practitioner and have Safeguarding teaching experience, with knowledge of working within Mental Health and/or Health and Social Care.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
