We are looking to recruit Lead Mental Health Nurses / Mental Health Practitioners to work within a busy CAMHS service within our Early Access Pathway. We have opportunities within both our Asist Assessment Team and also our Rise Hospital based Liaison Team.
General hours of service are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., however hours for Rise Team are 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. and shift working is required.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a caseload of Children and Young People who present with a range of mental health difficulties. The post will involve working as part of multi disciplinary team in the delivery of Evidence based interventions to Children and their families.
CAMHS is part of the CYP-IAPT initiative and the post holder will use Routine Outcome Measures to influence and evaluate all interventions offered.
The post will involve undertaking initial assessments and managing a caseload, offering brief evidence based Interventions and the Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of all Interventions and care offered.
We welcome applicants with transferable skills from other areas of practice and through the delivery of robust supervision and training opportunities we will aim to develop your knowledge, skills and experience within a CAMHS IAPT Service.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
