An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to join the team on Ward 1 at London Road Community Hospital, this is due to the previous post holder gaining promotion in another team.
Ward 1 is a mental health assessment for Older Adults based in the London Road Community Hospital in the centre of Derby, not far from the railway station.
The patients are admitted to the ward with a functional mental health presentation for assessment and treatment of their condition.
The ward team works closely with the older peoples in reach team aiming to ensure the admission is necessary and that discharge takes place in a timely and supportive team.
The team is multi-disciplinary and aims to deliver high quality person centred holistic care.
We welcome applications from registered nurses either with experience or newly qualified. We are able to support newly qualified nurses through the process of precetorship.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
