You will be a key member of the Estates & Facilities department ensuring that the maintenance service supports the clinical direction of the organization. In addition to the routine maintenance function you will be key in determining and prioritising expenditure on key building services whilst ensuring a strong governance framework to demonstrate the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of our operational estates services.

You will be an effective manager and leader with experience of in house maintenance teams, ideally within the NHS. A full understanding of the value of team working within Estates, Facilities and with clinical colleagues is essential. Please see Person Specification for required qualifications.
