The Systems and Information Team are looking for 2 full time Systems and Information Officers (eRostering) and these posts will be fixed to a term of 6 months initially.
We are committed to providing a gold standard service to Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The purpose of the role will be to assist in developing and maintaining the eRostering system (HealthRoster), Electronic Staff Record (ESR), and other relevant HR Information Systems, engaging with clinical and non-clinical teams throughout both Trusts as required to maximize necessary system functionality and benefits. The role will also involve providing advice, guidance and training in relation to eRostering, ESR and any other HR Information Systems managed by the team.

This post is ideal for an individual with a strong administrative background who thrives in a team environment, has good organisational skills, and a high level of computer literacy. Good communication and prioritisation skills, and experience of producing clear, succinct correspondence is essential. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work on their own initiative, go the extra mile and support co-workers where possible. A key element of this role will be working with the eRostering system (Healthroster) and ESR so you should also have experience of using databases, ideally ESR and Allocate HealthRoster, and experience of providing efficient customer-focused support to staff.
