The City and South County Home Treatment Team is looking to recruit an experienced mental health practitioner to join the team based at the Radbourne Unit, Royal Derby Hospital.

 You will require a qualification as a Registered Mental Health Nurse , Social worker or Occupational Therapist.

 The team is multi- disciplinary , in nature , and offers crisis assessments with home treatment as needed to try and prevent hospital admission.

We are looking for a person who is able to work in a person centred way, kind and positive in their approach.

 The team is a 24 hours service , working shifts , including nights.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
